Butler connects to your accounts (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, and others) to perform tasks you ask it to do. We access the minimum data needed to fulfill your requests. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to providing the service.
62|When you sign up, we collect your name and email address. This is used solely to create your account and communicate with you about the service.
63| 64|When you ask Butler to read an email, summarize a thread, or find a file, that data is processed in real time and is not permanently stored on our servers. Results are generated and delivered to you, then discarded. We retain only what is necessary to operate the service:

They process anonymized prompts and return results. We do not share your email content, file contents, or calendar data with any third party for any purpose beyond fulfilling your request.
77| 78|We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we delete your connection tokens and personal data within 30 days. Conversation logs, if enabled, are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted.
